Our Let Only Service includes:
- Marketing of your property
- Arranging / Conducting viewings
- Finding a suitable tenant
- Referencing of applicant, including financial checks, previous landlord, credit check, Right to Rent Check
- Tenancy agreements
- Ensuring the tenant is provided with all relevant documents and certificates prior to tenancy
- Deposit lodgment with the DPS
- Essentially, we will deal with everything up until the point of the tenant moving in, at which stage they will be provided with your contact details so that they can then liaise with you directly moving forward
Let & Rent Collection
Our Let & Rent Collection Service includes:
- Everything as per our Let Only Service
- Collecting the rent and transferring it to you the same day (where possible) less our fee
- Provide a monthly statement detailing rent received and fees deducted
Management
Our Management Service includes:
- Everything as per our Let Only and Let & Rent Collection Services
- Ensuring that the property is up to date with necessary safety certificates
- Carrying out regular property inspections to ensure the property is being kept in a satisfactory manner
- Arranging for repairs and maintenance works to be carried out. We have our own trusted tradespeople but are equally happy to use your preferred contractors if you wish
