I have used Johnson Hewitt for many years and can't rate them high enough as an agency, I use them to find tenants for my flat in Croydon. Both Glen and Adam are extremely efficient, providing an excellent level of communication and friendly service. All checks are made to find the right tenant. I have dealt with Johnson & Hewitt for 15 years now. As a landlord, I need to know that prospective tenants are trustworthy and credit worthy. I have found that both Adam and Glen go “the extra mile” to ensure that references are thoroughly checked and that my tenants are not going to adversely affect the other tenants. In 15 years this has never happened. Good luck maybe, I prefer to think it’s good management.
